01. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and t2jbet (the "Company", "Operator", "We" or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the t2jbet website located at https://t2jbet.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to users accessing t2jbet from Pakistan, including users located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other locations throughout the country. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

03. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
3. You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of the Operator or any affiliated entity.
6. You hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
7. You are not acting in cooperation with any other person for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers, defrauding the Platform or engaging in any form of collusion.

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of Account access and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

04. Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification request constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Identity Verification Documents

The Operator may require the following documents for KYC purposes. For Pakistani users, the primary identity document is the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Acceptable documents may include:

• Valid CNIC (front and back) or valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or government letter, typically dated within three months);
• Selfie or liveness check confirming the identity document holder;
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits where required.

4.2 Submission Requirements

All documents must be submitted through the Operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit identity documents via unsecured chat, email or social media channels. Documents must be unaltered, unedited and must show all four corners clearly. Submission of falsified, cropped or altered documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and possible referral to relevant authorities.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

The Operator may, at its sole discretion, apply enhanced due diligence measures to any Account at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation, source- of-funds declarations or conducting third-party identity verification checks. Accounts subject to enhanced due diligence may have withdrawal processing delayed until checks are satisfactorily completed.

05. Permitted Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including systematic or professional gambling strategies intended to gain a statistically unfair advantage;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Use automated scripts, bots, software agents or other tools to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Introduce viruses, malware, Trojan horses or other harmful code to the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Attempt to access another User's Account or any restricted area of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity;
• Post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening or obscene.

Violation of any of the foregoing prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of the Account Balance and referral to law enforcement authorities where the Operator deems appropriate.

06. Betting Rules

Bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league and market type. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet receipt or confirmation reference is issued. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion prior to confirmation, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. The Operator reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at any time.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Where odds change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed, the User will be notified of the new odds and given the option to accept or decline the change before the bet is finalized.

6.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided where: an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; a market is settled in error; manifestly incorrect odds were offered through a technical error; or the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with a specific event or market.

6.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical match moments such as wickets in cricket, goals in football or between rounds in UFC. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided if the outcome was determined during the suspension window, at the Operator's discretion.

07. Deposits

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR. The minimum deposit amount and available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Deposit methods shown in the cashier may include familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer — however, availability of any specific method is subject to the cashier at the time of deposit and is not guaranteed.

The Operator does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must belong to the Account holder. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where deposits are frequent or of significant value.

08. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Account Balance may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds credited to your Account must be satisfied before bonus-linked winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier;
• The withdrawal method requested must be available in the cashier at the time of the request.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review process, which may include identity checks, fraud screening and source-of-funds assessment. The Operator does not guarantee specific processing times. Actual processing times depend on the payment method selected, your verification status and the outcome of any compliance review.

The Operator reserves the right to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method may be offered subject to additional verification.

09. Bonuses & Promotions

t2jbet may from time to time make available bonus offers, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is presented. The general provisions below apply to all promotions unless offer-specific terms state otherwise.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Wagering requirements and contribution rates per game type are stated in each offer's specific terms.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close an Account, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfill wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms.

9.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free bet credits expire after the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

9.4 Illustrative Figures

Any PKR amounts referenced in t2jbet marketing materials — including homepage bonus illustrations, VIP tier examples and referral credit references — are illustrative only and do not represent live or guaranteed offers. Always review current offer terms in the promotions section before depositing.

10. Responsible Gambling

t2jbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss limits — restrict net losses over a defined period;
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play duration;
• Reality-check alerts — receive periodic notifications showing time elapsed and net position during a session;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict Account access for between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently close the Account for a longer period on request.

Responsible gambling tools can be accessed through your Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion, once applied, cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss arising from a third party's unauthorized access to your Account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues or events outside the Operator's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistical data or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• The Account holder fails to satisfy KYC or enhanced due diligence requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Operator suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing or any other criminal conduct;
• The Account holder is identified as a Prohibited User;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk;
• The Account holder requests closure for any reason, including self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for any reason other than fraud, confirmed Terms breach or regulatory requirement, any verified real-money Balance will be returned via the original deposit method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and compliance review.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the t2jbet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, contact information and payment transaction history — will be processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where you have given appropriate consent, marketing communications.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t2jbet's operating license is held. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable license jurisdiction, as determined by the Operator.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is lawfully accessible in all locations within Pakistan.

16. Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, or by notifying registered Users through their registered email address or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, close your Account.
